Think you and your team have what it takes to win the MasterChef Competition?
This is not your typical team building activity. MasterChef Competition: Paella Edition is a high-energy cooking competition team building in Barcelona where teams go head to head across 3 progressive rounds, each one designed to test a different skill: the senses, the creativity, and the ability to work together under pressure.
Each round has its own dynamic, its own rules, and its own twist. Teams will need to listen, communicate, delegate and trust each other, because in this kitchen, every decision counts.
Each team will have a captain. The jury will have the final word. And only one team will be crowned champion.
Whether your group is 10 or 200 people, this experience is designed to bring out the best (and the most competitive) in every team. Expect laughter, surprises, and a lot of very good paella.
