Paella Contest: Rural Edition is the most unique paella team building near Barcelona, taking your team out of the office and into the heart of Catalonia, a private outdoor space at a local winery, surrounded by vineyards, fresh air, and the smell of paella cooking over an open flame.
Two challenges. High stakes. One winning team.
Each round is designed to test a different skill, and the result of the first one could change everything in the second. Teams will need to communicate, strategize and trust each other at every step.
Available in multiple formats, with optional private transport from Barcelona and a cultural winery visit. The perfect experience for groups who want to step outside the city and connect in a truly unique setting.
