Sometimes the best team building is the simplest one: good food, good company, and a glass of sangria in hand.
This 2.5-hour private paella workshop in Barcelona is designed for groups who want a relaxed yet engaging hands-on experience centered around the flavors of Barcelona. Guided by a private Catalan chef, your group will follow each step to cook 3 tapas from scratch: watching the chef demonstrate every detail and then replicating it together as a team.
Then comes the paella moment. One team captain is chosen and only they can see the recipe. Their mission: guide the rest of the team through every step without showing the instructions. Communication, trust, and a little bit of pressure. Just the way we like it.
Once everything is ready, sit down together and enjoy everything you've made, with unlimited homemade sangria flowing throughout the entire experience.
