Paella Contest: Rural Edition is an exclusive outdoor team building experience set in the heart of Catalonia. We take your group out of the office and into a private winery or historic Catalan masia, surrounded by vineyards, fresh air, and the irresistible aroma of paellas cooking over an open flame.
Guided by our private chefs, your teams will face dynamic culinary challenges that demand communication, strategic resource management, and team collaboration. From icebreaker challenges to managing cooking strategy under time constraints, every participant plays an active role in their team's success.
After the competition, everyone gathers outdoors at a private table nestled among the vines to enjoy a feast featuring their own creations alongside local winery wines, traditional aperitifs, and regional tapas while the winning team is crowned.
