Join us for a screening of Jon Favreau's acclaimed comedy Chef (2014) while enjoying a live-tasted culinary experience that matches the scenes on screen. Take a flavor-packed journey from high-end Los Angeles kitchens to the vibrant, soul-food street stalls of Miami and New Orleans. In this session, we skip dessert to celebrate authentic savory flavors, fresh ingredients, and pure comfort food with two gourmet starters followed by our signature main course. 🍽️ The Tasting Menu (3 Courses): Course 1 / Starter 1: Aglio e Olio "Scarlett" — Fresh handcrafted pasta tossed with sliced garlic, subtle chili flakes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley, and a splash of lime juice. (Inspired by the film's iconic late-night romantic scene). Course 2 / Starter 2: Crispy Yucca Fries & Cuban Mojo — Ultra-crispy yucca batons served with homemade Cuban citrus, garlic, and cilantro mojo sauce. Course 3 / Main Course: The Cuban "El Jefe" — Our signature toasted Cuban sandwich pressed with butter, featuring 12-hour citrus-marinated slow-roasted pork (mojo pork), quality ham, melted Emmental cheese, house-pickled cucumbers, and artisanal mustard. (Drinks are not included and can be purchased separately during the event). 🌱 Vegetarian Option Note: Both starters (Aglio e Olio "Scarlett" and Crispy Yucca Fries) are naturally vegetarian!
